PowerCell’s CEO Per Wassén has sold 78,000 shares in PowerCell Sweden AB. Following the sale, Per Wassén has a holding of 102,000 shares at a value of MSEK 22.

“I have sold a part of my holding for personal financial reasons”, Per Wassén said.

The sale took place during Monday and Tuesday and has been reported to the PDMR transaction register at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Per Wassén has been CEO of PowerCell since 2015. Following the selling of the shares he and his family still have a total holding of 102,000 shares at a value of approximately 22 MSEK.
