PowerCell Sweden lists its shares on First North at Nasdaq Stockholm

As previously announced, leading Nordic fuel cell company PowerCell Sweden AB (publ) confirms that the company will list its shares and warrants on First North at Nasdaq Stockholm after an approved listing application. The first trading day of the shares will be Friday 19 December.

- We are pleased that the recent share issue of SEK 108 million was so successful and that the interest in our company and environmentally friendly fuel cell technology is so great, said Per Wassén, Chairman of the Board at PowerCell Sweden AB.
- The number of owners has now expanded to more than 2300 shareholders. According to plan we will list the company's shares on First North at Nasdaq Stockholm, with the first trading day of the shares on Friday, December 19.

The warrants will be listed around January 15, 2015.
