GOTTI SWITZERLAND DEBUTS NEW EYEWEAR STYLES FOR FALL AND WINTER
The Swiss brand expands its acetate, stainless steel and titanium collections with the introduction of new, intricate details
Los Angeles, CA (October 16, 2012) – Award winning eyewear brand götti SWITZERLAND introduces a total of 19 new optical frames for Fall and Winter 2012/2013. While several styles incorporate vintage-inspired elements, each frame is sleek and understated. Retail prices range from $386 to $498. Frames can be purchased at high-end optical shops around the country.
The TEDY, TILO and TOFY styles impress with a modern design. These one sheet stainless steel eyeglass frames incorporate a distinctive plastic “saddle“ nose bridge, typically a neglected feature in eyewear. The ergonomic and retro shape of the bridge allows it to sit comfortably on the nose, even for long periods of time, which is a welcome feature for any eyeglass wearer. Additionally, these frames feature götti SWITZERLAND ‘s innovative 360-degree rotating Spin&Stow temples, enabling the glasses to fold flat so they can fit anywhere.
The new acetate collection including REGI, RIDLEY, RIHA, ROLI, ADAM, and ANGI styles marks a return to the thin-rimmed frame. The filigree keyhole nose bridge in the ADAM and ANGI styles is a feature resurrected from eyewear archives, but is now combined with modern style elements. Translucent colors in shades of brown, purple, olive and turquoise, make these styles ideal for the Fall/Winter seasons.
Götti SWITZERLAND also introduces new titanium styles including NEAL, NELSON, NOA, and NIKKI. The details are what make them so exciting. The hinge features two colors that form a chromatic contrast, together with the two “ö” points, the trademark found on every pair of frames from götti SWITZERLAND. While the design is understated, fresh colors such as turquoise and light pink, make these frames standouts.
