("SEC") ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF LARS-JOHAN JARNHEIMER AS COMPANY DIRECTOR Luxembourg, Frankfurt, New York, Stockholm, December 13 - Société Européenne de Communication ("SEC"), a leading, alternative European telecommunications provider, has appointed Mr Lars-Johan Jarnheimer as a Director of the Board of SEC.
