New Number of Shares and Votes in Precise Biometrics

As previously announced, the number of shares and votes in Precise Biometrics has increased following a rights issue. With reference to chapter 4 section 9 (1991:980) of the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act, it is hereby notified that in October 2012 the increase is as follows.

Before the rights issue there were a total of 188,945,120 shares in Precise Biometrics, corresponding to the same number of votes. The rights issue increased the number of shares and votes by 75,578,048. After the rights issue and by October 31, 2012 there are a total of 264,523,168 shares and votes in the company.
