Christer Fåhraeus, member of the board in Precise Biometrics AB (publ) announced that he, as of May 2, 2005, has sold a total of 418,964 shares in Precise Biometrics, to a member of his family.

The disposal of 418,964 shares is equivalent to 17% of Christer Fåhraeus' entire shareholding. His possession in Precise Biometrics totalled 2,418,964 shares previous to the disposal and amounts to 2,000,000 after the sale of shares.
