Precise Biometrics Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2017 has been constituted according to instructions given the Nomination Committee following the decision at the Annual General Meeting 2016.

The Nomination Committee consists of:

  • Carina Lundberg Markow, representing Folksam and KPA;
  • Hans Ek, representing SEB Fonder; and
  • Torgny Hellström, Chairman of the Board.

Hans Ek is the Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee are invited to contact the Nomination Committee. For the Nomination Committee to consider a proposal, the proposal must be submitted in due time prior to the Annual General Meeting that is scheduled for May 16th, 2017.
