Prospectus concerning Precise Biometrics' rights issue is published

The Board of Directors of Precise Biometrics has established a prospectus concerning the forth­coming share issue with preferential right for existing shareholders. The prospectus has been registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (SFA) and is available in Swedish at www.precisebiometrics.com/prospectus  and www.remium.com.
