The Nomination Committee of Precise Biometrics’ proposal regarding election of Board members, Chairman of the Board and Auditor
The nomination committee of Precise Biometrics AB makes the following proposal regarding election of members of the Board, Chairman of the Board and auditor:
The number of board members shall be six, with no deputy members. The Nomination Committee proposes re-election of Torbjörn Clementz, Torgny Hellström, Matts Lilja and Mats Lindoff, election of new board members Synnöve Trygg and Anna Almlöf, and that Torgny Hellström is re-elected as Chairman of the board. Eva Maria Matell and Anders Harrysson has declined re-election.
The nomination committee proposes that EY, with Johan Thuresson as auditor in charge, is appointed auditor for the period to the annual general meeting 2017.
Synnöve Trygg holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and is board member in Intrum Justitia, Landshypotek Bank AB and Volvo Finans Bank AB, amongst others. Previously, Synnöve was CEO for SEB Kort during 20 years.
Anna Almlöf holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and is a self-employed Senior Advisor. Before that Anna was Senior Vice President Strategy, Marketing and Services and member of executive management at Gunnebo Security Group. Anna has also had a long career at Ericsson in various positions, including product manager at Ericsson Global Services.
The complete proposal by the nomination committee will be presented in the invitation to the annual general meeting and the nomination committee´s proposal and the explanation for the composition of the Board will also be available on the company's website. Precise Biometrics' annual general meeting will take place at 16:00 May 17, 2016 at Mobilvägen 10 in Lund.
