THE NOMINATION COMMITTEE PROPOSES ADDITIONAL MEMBERS OF THE BOARD
In order to strengthen the Board of Precise Biometrics, the Nomination Committee proposes two additional board candidates for election at the Annual general meeting on April 23. These candidates are Matts Lilja and Torgny Hellström.
Matts Lilja was born in 1965 and lives in Helsingborg. Matts Lilja has previously successfully built the company ISG AB and has extensive experience in the development and sale of security and surveillance systems. Matts also served as CEO of a development company in SAAB Group, OPAX AS (Norway) and OPAX AB (Sweden) and has a solid managerial experience in various technology companies. He is currently working as CEO of Ammeraal Beltech AB.
Torgny Hellström was born in 1958, has a Master of law degree and lives in Lund. Torgny Hellström held several positions within Anoto Group AB, most recently as CEO. He has extensive experience as a corporate lawyer in several large organizations such as Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson and IBM and is currently working with management consulting in his own company Ruddex International AB.
Both candidates are independent towards the company and its shareholders.
