Precision Dialogue Awarded Cleveland Plain Dealer Top Workplace in Northeast Ohio for the Third Consecutive Year
Cleveland Analytics-Driven, Multi-Channel, Customer Engagement Firm Selected as One of the Best Places to Work in Northeast Ohio
CLEVELAND, OH (June 20, 2013) – Precision Dialogue, an analytics-driven, multi-channel, customer engagement firm, has been recognized as a “2013 Top Workplace” in Northeast Ohio by The Plain Dealer for the third consecutive year. The Cleveland newspaper annually identifies the top places to work in Northeast Ohio, based solely on the opinions of employees.
To help gauge Northeast Ohio’s top employers, The Plain Dealer enlisted independent human resources workplace consultant, WorkplaceDynamics who distributed surveys to more than 253 participating employers with 50 employees or more. After critical evaluation, WorkplaceDynamics selected the top 100 places to work in Northeast Ohio. More than 80 Precision Dialogue employees participated in this year’s survey which asked 24 extensively researched questions that evaluated employees’ happiness with their job and workplace.
