BPI.INDUSTRIAL FOCUSES EXPERTISE

In line with its commitment to continued improvement and the delivery of customer service excellence, leading manufacturer of heavy-duty polythene packaging, bpi.industrial has restructured its sales team. Following the move, two sales directors who’ve naturally acquired greater levels of expertise in one of two core sectors serviced by the business will now be focused wholly on their specialist area. Dave Khanna, a long standing member of the bpi.industrial team and a well known figure in the industry, will now concentrate on the building and construction sectors in the UK and Ireland. Jerry O’Brien meanwhile, who has an equally impressive track record, will look after the animal feed and horticulture side of the business - again across the UK and Ireland. Both Jerry and Dave will also be supported by their own dedicated teams. Aside from restructuring, bpi.industrial is bidding farewell to two respected members of its sales team. Stalwarts Stuart Mackintosh and Reg Hubball both retire after many years of productive service with the business. Commenting on the developments, Roy McAdoo, Commercial Director at bpi.industrial, said: “bpi.industrial has always aimed to offer more than products. We want to provide solutions that help our customers to improve productivity, reduce costs or minimise their environmental impact. “Specialist expertise is always going to be essential to the delivery of that added value and our newly structured sales team will offer customers access to senior decision makers that know their industry intimately. “Of course, it would be wrong to even talk about our sales team without mentioning Stuart and Reg. Both have made an invaluable contribution to bpi.industrial and they’ll be sorely missed.
