bpi.healthcare reveals plans for AHCP National Conference and Exhibition 2013
bpi.healthcare, the leading manufacturer of polythene products for the healthcare sector, has announced its plans for the AHCP National Conference and Exhibition 2013. The business will use the event, which takes place at the Reebok stadium in Bolton from 12th - 14th June, to showcase its comprehensive range of products and services to the healthcare sector.
Specifically, bpi.healthcare will use its stand at the exhibition (Stand 10) to promote its new range of modified aprons, which offer all the benefits of the business’ standard aprons while accommodating a greater range of sizes. Developed following feedback from healthcare professionals, the new aprons demonstrate bpi.healthcare’s commitment to listening to customers and responding positively.
Designed for added comfort and durability, the aprons feature a wider neckline, making them easier to take on and off quickly, as well as a broader shoulder for greater coverage and enhanced protection against splashes and spills. To better meet the physical demands encountered during use, the apron ties have also been moved lower down and the length and thickness of the apron increased.
As with all of the aprons in the bpi.recycled products range - which also includes non-slip paediatric, anti-static, antibacterial and light and heavy duty options - the new aprons are latex free and highly effective in eliminating the risk of cross-contamination to staff and patients. Available in a full spectrum of colours or tints, they can also be manufactured according to individual customer requirements and the demands of specific applications.
Visitors to the show will also be able to learn more about bpi.healthcare’s full range of waste management and infection control products - which comprises of clinical waste sacks, refuse sacks and specimen bags - as well as service and support initiatives that include a free, no-obligation audit service.
Commenting on bpi.healthcare’s appearance at the event, Lorcan Mekitarian, Sales Director at the business, said: “As one of the UK’s leading suppliers of polythene products to the NHS and the wider healthcare sector, bpi.healthcare is committed to being a complete solutions provider. It’s precisely this approach that has led to the introduction of our new range of ergonomically designed aprons.
“Developed as a direct result of feedback from our customers, the range has been designed to give greater ease and comfort to the modern working nurse in increasingly demanding hospital environments.”
He concludes: “The AHCP National Conference and Exhibition 2013 is the perfect opportunity to demonstrate not only our extensive product range, but also our flexible approach and dedication to offering the highest levels of customer service and support.”
