ForgeFix agree investment deal with Dormole

ForgeFix, one of the UK and Ireland’s fastest growing fixings suppliers, has agreed to become part of Dormole Limited, the parent company of Toolbank.

Tim Strong, Business Development Director for Dormole, said ‘ForgeFix have been a supplier to Toolbank for a number of years and we are delighted that we will now be able to work even more closely with their team. This association will enable us to extend the range of products and services we offer’.

Mike Smith, Sales and Marketing Director of ForgeFix, commented ‘We are absolutely delighted that we have been able to find such a like-minded  investor who, as a privately owned ,family run business, shares many of our ideals and ambitions.
