ForgeFix reaches lofty heights

ForgeFix, the leading distributor of fixings, fastenings and associated products, has added another new product to its range. As part of its commitment to offering innovative solutions to common fixing challenges, the business has extended its range to include a new and revolutionary loft insulation product known as Loft Legs.

Compressing loft insulation, for instance, can reduce its thermal efficiency by over 50% and it’s for this reason that we’ve introduced Loft Legs to our range.”

Specifically, Loft Legs raise the storage deck of a loft by 175mm to accommodate the insulation and avoid compression, helping to maintain thermal efficiency and reduce energy bills while allowing users to utilise all available attic space. Ultra-strong and easy to install, this revolutionary product is suitable for use in both new build and non-boarded lofts as well as those that have already been boarded.

In addition, Loft Legs are also manufactured in the UK using recycled polypropylene, making them an ideal choice for anyone looking to do more for the environment.
