FOUNDATION RECRUITMENT STRENGTHENS MANCHESTER TEAM

Specialist recruiter for the real estate sector, Foundation Recruitment has strengthened its Manchester team. Stephanie Rathgeber joins the business with immediate effect as an additional consultant focusing on the shopping centre management arena.

A graduate in Politics and International Relations from the University of Manchester, Stephanie brings an eclectic mix of skills and life experiences to the property recruitment consultancy.

Born in Taipei and a German passport holder, she grew up in Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Munich before relocating to Manchester to study and subsequently pursue a career in recruitment.

Perhaps unsurprisingly considering her international upbringing, she is trilingual, speaking fluent English, German and Mandarin. As such, she is set to play an important part in Foundation Recruitment’s plans for increasing global reach and will facilitate the company’s ability to meet the property recruitment needs of clients across the world.

On a day to day basis, Stephanie will be an integral member of Foundation’s shopping centre management team, focusing particularly on marketing and commercialisation roles.

Her remit will see her working closely with candidates and with a range of high profile, nationwide shopping centre schemes.
