Pursuant to its €340,000,000 (12%) Senior Notes due in 2027, Preem Holding AB (publ) will release its quarterly financial report for Q3/2025 on 28 November 2025.

Pursuant to its €340,000,000 (12%) Senior Notes due in 2027, Preem Holding AB (publ) will release its quarterly financial report for Q3/2025 on 28 November 2025.

The report will be available at the Company’s investor relations home page (www.preem.com/in-english/investors/) in the morning of 28 November 2025, followed by a live quarterly conference call on the same day at 3.30 to 4.30 pm CET.
