Intellexis plc appoints new CEO London, 5 July 2002: Intellexis plc (LSE: ILX), a leading provider of financial and business skills learning solutions, today appointed Ken Scott as its Chief Executive Officer. Scott, who is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, has a strong track record in the financial community and a reputation for growing and developing businesses. Ken is no stranger to senior positions, having served as Managing Director of MG Capital plc and Chief Executive of Hamptons Estate Agents. In addition, he held senior positions at HSBC and Avco Trust plc - the latter as Senior Vice President and Country Head for the UK and Ireland. Ken is a graduate of Harvard Business School and holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Insead. Intellexis Chairman Colyn Gardner said: "With his experience in driving and sustaining profitable growth, I believe Ken is the ideal person to help grow the Intellexis brand."
