LLOYDS TSB ASSET FINANCE AND LLOYDS TSB COMMERCIAL FINANCE REPORT TO ONE MANAGING DIRECTOR Lloyds TSB Asset Finance Division announced today that Ted Ettershank, managing director of Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance, has also been appointed as managing director of Lloyds TSB Asset Finance. Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance Limited is the UK's leading provider of asset based lending, which includes invoice discounting and factoring. The business already incorporates the brands Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance, Alex Lawrie Factors and CashFriday, which between them have approximately 20 per cent market share.
