Matthew Harris Joins Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (SWIP) are pleased to announce that Matthew Harris (28) has joined the Japanese Equity team today. Matthew's title is Investment Director and he will report to Graham Wood (Head of Global Sectors and International Research). Matthew will be working on the Japanese institutional funds with responsibility for conducting team research for both retail and institutional funds, making him part of SWIP's unique team approach to fund management. Mathew brings with him over 7 years experience managing Japanese funds at Aegon Asset Management and his keen analytical skills will further strengthen the research and portfolio management capabilities of the team. Fundamental in-depth stock research is the backbone of every fund management team at SWIP and SWIP are pleased to have appointed a new fund manager who's strengths lie in this bottom-up approach.
