Norwood Systems and Plantronics demonstrate the Bluetoothtm wireless office at CEBIT 2002 13 - 20 March 2002 Stand Number: Hall 27, Stand B50 Cebit, Hannover - 13th March, Norwood Systems, developer of office networks for the wireless generation, will be demonstrating the Plantronics Bluetoothtm headset integrated with its award-winning wireless office communication platform, EnterpriseMobilitytm. The Plantronics Bluetooth headset solution will be demonstrated at CEBIT 2002 and it will be shown making and receiving calls over Bluetooth. Visitors to Hall 27, stand B50 at CEBIT will see how the Plantronics Bluetooth headset can be integrated with Norwood Systems' EnterpriseMobility. Norwood Systems will demonstrate how the headset can be used to create a wirefree and handsfree user experience by using voice recognition capabilities. It will also be shown how it can be integrated with a PDA with dialing functionality. EnterpriseMobility from Norwood Systems allows a Bluetooth-enabled headset, mobile phone or PDA to be linked wirelessly to the corporate voice and data network, allowing the employee to remain in communication when moving freely about the organisation. Additionally, any data on the corporate network can be accessed through PDAs allowing employees to update office applications, such as calendars, contact details or emails, without needing to be at their desks. The Plantronics Bluetooth headset will be used to demonstrate how employees can stay contactable within a wireless office by using the EnterpriseMobility networking platform.
