Profectus appoints Jane Bell as Director of Training

PROFECTUS APPOINTS JANE BELL AS DIRECTOR OF TRAINING London 9 May 2002 ... Profectus Group, provider of business solutions has appointed Jane Bell, a well-known figure in the world of FM professional development to the Profectus Consultancy Group as Director of Training. A highly experienced consultant and lecturer, Jane Bell was formerly Director of Training for the British Institute of Facilities Management, (BIFM), having set up and run their short course programme for almost 7 years. During this time, she also served as a member of the Institute's Professional Development Committee and was closely involved in the implementation of the BIFM Professional Qualification. As a Director of Catalyst Management Development, she worked with a wide range of clients on bespoke training and development programmes, and advised on the organization of many high profile commercial events, including the 'Lean Office' Conference series, and University College London's international forum, 'Futures in facility and property management'. Jane Bell is a regular lecturer and examiner at the College of Estate Management, and sits on the College's Advisory Board for the Post Graduate Diploma in FM. She is also the joint coordinator of the FM Module within the University of Reading's MSc in Intelligent Buildings, and is a regular contributor to the business and professional press. As Director of Training at Profectus, Jane Bell will be responsible for developing the Company's training programme, which is open to FM, property and support services managers from the public and private sectors, as well as Profectus Group staff and existing clients. The modular training programme is closely aligned with the EFQM Business Excellence model, offering both management development and functional skills training.
