RED LETTER DAYS CREATE NEW 'CUSTOMER SERVICES DIRECTOR' Red Letter Days, the UK's Number One Experiences Company, has appointed Michael Anderson as Customer Services Director - a new role created as part of Red Letter Days commitment to being the best in the Experiences Industry. Officially recognised as the leading Experience company, (Activity Days Out Report, Mintel, October 2001), Red Letter Days has appointed Michael in this role as they see their business continue to grow. Michael Anderson joins Red Letter Days on 29 May. He previously worked at Virgin Energy as General Manager for Major Projects. Prior to this, Michael was Head of Customer Services at Onstar Europe, a subsidiary of General Motors Company where he was responsible for customer service, telesales, end user and dealer support. At Onstar Michael established and maintained a European Customer Service Facility across 19 European countries. Michael has also worked for Cable and Wireless and Thomas Cook, with responsibility for customer service and call centre operations.
