WEIL, GOTSHAL & MANGES STUDY OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE CODES RELEASED BY THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION "Comparative Study of Corporate Governance Codes Relevant to the European Union and its Member States," the first comparative study of 39 key European corporate governance codes, has been released by the European Commission. The study, conducted over the course of a year by the international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP on behalf of the European Commission is available on the European Commission's website and on Weil Gotshal's website at weil.com.
