GENERAL MEETING IN PRICER AB SUSPENDED UNTIL MARCH 22, 1999 The Board of Pricer AB has decided to suspend the Extra General Meeting, planned for February 18, 1999. Instead, the Board's proposal regarding new share issue, change of terms for convertible debenture and authorisation to the Board to issue shares and/or convertible debentures will be considered at the Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting has been moved forward to preliminary Monday March 22, 1999.
