Ms. Susan Harp has been elected President and CEO of Intactix International Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pricer AB. Expanding on the responsibilities of her former position as President, Ms. Harp will be reporting directly to Thomas Landberg, CEO of Pricer AB. "It is a privilege to lead the future development of Intactix which is an international leader in merchandising technology", Ms. Harp said. "Intactix has grown rapidly during the last few years and now has great opportunities worldwide". Ms. Harp is succeeding Mr. Dale C. Byrne who was elected Chairman Emeritus in Intactix International Inc. as of June 30. As the two original founders and the major shareholder of Intactix prior to the Pricer AB merger, Mr. Byrne and Ms Harp developed Intactix into a market leader within the retail merchandising software industry. Mr Byrne has decided to pursue other private interests but will also stay with the company as a consultant in the position of Chairman Emeritus and will be working with important projects for senior management. Mr. Byrne said, "Susan and I have built Intactix together over the last eight years and I have great confidence in her ability to run our worldwide operations. My consulting efforts will now be focused on enhancing our communication with our diverse customer base and working towards achieving our strategic initiatives". Thomas Landberg, CEO of Pricer AB said, "Pricer's senior management very much appreciate Dale's abilities being available on a consulting basis to support senior management". He continues, "Dale and I believe that Susan Harp is the right person to lead the future development in Intactix, and we will be working together to assist her". The organisational changes will not have any impact on the ownership structure of Pricer AB. Intactix International Inc., is the leading supplier of Space Management software for the retail industry.
