Pricer´s rights issue subscribed in full

PRICER´S RIGHTS ISSUE SUBSCRIBED IN FULL Pricer's new share issue with right of preference was subscribed in full. The Company is raising SEK 109.7M before issue and guarantee costs. In the new share issue approximately SEK 44.1M has been subscribed with right of preference and approximately SEK 21.7M with the support of guarantees from the shareholders Sagri Development AB and Purpose AB as described in the Prospectus. The remaining part of the new share issue, corresponding SEK 43.9M, has been allocted to those who has made a request to subscribe for shares without a right of preference mainly to a consortium consisting of among others Sagri Development, Purpose AB, Altura Invest ANS and Strata AS. A total 95,423,594 shares were subscribed through the new share issue. Following the issue, the share capital amounts to SEK 33,398,257.90 and the number of shares to 333,982,579. It is anticipated that the newly issued shares will be traded on the O list of the OM Stockholm Exchange on around 22 April 2002. In accordance with the terms of the issue, 23,855,898 warrants have been allocated to the subscribers of the new issue. Following the new share issue the largest shareholders based on capital are Sagri Development AB (13,3 per cent), Purpose AB (7,0 per cent) and Egeria B.V (5,5 per cent). "It is most satisfactory that the share issue has been subscribed in full and that Pricer has thus secured its capital requirement until the operations will show a positive cash flow," says Pricer's President, Jan Forssjö.
