Proposal for re-election of Pricer´s Board of Directors

PROPOSAL FOR RE-ELECTION OF PRICER´S BOARD OF DIRECTORS Prior to the Annual General Meeting of Pricer AB on April 25, 2002, a large group of shareholders, representing more than 25 per cent of the votes, have agreed on a proposal for re-election of the Board of Directors. If the Annual General Meeting accepts the re-election of the board the intention is to elect Mr Salvatore Grimaldi as Chairman of the Board.
