    Pricer publishes the annual report 2022

    Pricer AB (publ) publishes the annual report for 2022. Pricer’s annual and sustainability report for 2022, in Swedish and translated into English, is now available on the web in pdf-format.     Pricer AB decides on a repurchase program for own shares to hedge obligations for the company's incentive programs

    Pricer AB has decided to introduce a repurchase program for own shares in order to secure obligations for the company's incentive program.     Pricer AB improves net sales and operating profit in the third quarter of 2020 and are expected to exceed market expectations.Pricer, supplier of systems and solutions for in-store digitalization, has had a record high delivery activity during the third quarter.     Pricer: Exclusive framework agreement signed with Dutch supermarket chain PLUS Retail

    Pricer AB announces that the Dutch co-operative supermarket chain PLUS Retail, with more than 265 supermarkets across The Netherlands, has signed a framework agreement for the deployment of Pricer’s electronic shelf label platform. There are no minimum commitments for volumes or values under the agreement.     Pricer: Modified Roll-out Schedule and Reduced Order Value for Best Buy’s ESL project

    In December 2019 and February 2020, Pricer received orders from Best Buy to equip nearly 680 stores in the USA with Pricer’s ESL system during 2020 at a total value of around 925 MSEK. As a consequence of constraints to operate stores fully due to COVID-19, Pricer and Best Buy have come to an agreement to reduce the scope of the project by 150 stores and to delay the delivery of 40 stores into 2021.     New recruitments and appointments in Pricer

    Torbjörn Möller is appointed Group COO, coming from Tobii where he has held a similar position and prior to that senior roles in Production, Supply Chain and Operations within Ericsson, Dice, Northstream and Cap Gemini.
