GMA Architects and Planners completes design for Val Ward Cadillac

GMA Architects and Planners has finalized the design for the renovation of approximately 17,000 square feet at Val Ward Cadillac on South Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers. The project includes an upgrade to the main showroom and exterior facades, including redesign of the main building.

The project also entails renovation to the showroom, customer service offices, service department, client waiting room, service lanes and restrooms.

GMA worked in association with Owen-Ames-Kimball (OAK) and Val Ward Cadillac to follow Cadillac’s corporate design guidelines throughout the design process. Project completion is scheduled in early 2013.

Dan R. McGahey of GMA Architects and Planners served as Principal in Charge, and Ramon Acevedo served as Project Architect. Dave Dale of OAK served as Principal and Abrie Spies served as Project Manager.
