Julie Drake joins Pavese Law Firm

Attorney Julie Drake has joined the Pavese Law Firm, primarily focusing her practice in the area of real estate law. Before joining Pavese, Drake practiced at another local firm where she represented local and national developers and builders in high-end commercial real estate transactions, including negotiation, financing, acquisition, development and leasing of commercial property.  Prior to practicing law, she worked for a national developer, focusing on the acquisition and entitlement of land for development of residential communities. 

Drake received her undergraduate degree majoring in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University then obtained her law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.

Apart from practicing, Drake is an active member in the community, assisting organizations such as PACE, Childcare of Southwest Florida, and the Lee County Association for Women Lawyers where she established a scholarship program. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association and Lee County Bar Association.
