The new home condominium community Casa di Fiori, located in Cape Coral on the corner of Pine Island Rd. and Hancock Creek S., has sold 15 residences within the first 90 days on the market, and 13 units are now available for immediate occupancy.
The project is a restart of the Island Pines development, which was foreclosed in 2007 then purchased by Boston-area developer Pasquale Franchi for $5.2 million in November 2011.
