Pavese Law Firm partner Alison C. Hussey achieves certification as Florida Supreme Court mediator
Pavese Law Firm partner Alison C. Hussey has achieved certification as a circuit mediator for the twentieth judicial circuit by the Supreme Court of Florida. In the role of certified mediator, Hussey serves as a neutral third party facilitating communication between parties involved in a dispute to help them resolve their differences outside the court system. Hussey will provide mediation services in a variety of practice areas, including probate and guardianship.
Based in the firm’s Cape Coral office, Hussey conducts a general practice with a focus on estate planning, real estate, probate and family matters. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Lee County Bar Association, Cape Coral Bar Association, Lee County Association of Women Lawyers and Hendry-Glades County Bar Association.
