Pavese Law Firm partner Eric D. Molina has been certified as a circuit mediator by the Supreme Court of Florida. As a certified mediator, Molina is qualified to mediate a variety of cases for which he can be retained or court-appointed, facilitating alternative dispute resolution between parties in civil and commercial cases in the twentieth judicial circuit.

Molina joined Pavese Law Firm in 2001, and his primary practice areas include general civil and commercial litigation, real estate litigation, family law, creditors' rights and collections, and immigration law (family-based residency and naturalization alone).

Born inSan Juan, Puerto Rico, Molina received his associate of arts degree in Pre-law with highest honors and distinction fromMiami-DadeCommunity Collegein 1994. Molina graduated magna cum laude fromTrinityInternationalUniversityin 1997, receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies. In 2001, he earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law, where he studied on a full academic scholarship. While in law school, Molina clerked for the Honorable Nancy J. Pollock of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit inMiami,Fla.

In 2001, Molina was admitted to the Florida Bar, and in 2002, he was admitted to the bars of the District of Columbia; the United States District Courts for the Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  In 2011, he was admitted as a member and an officer of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Molina is a member of the American Bar Association, the Lee and Hendry County Bar Associations, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Southwest Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Molina and his wife, Jesenia, have five children. He and his family reside inLaBelle,Fla.where Molina is actively involved in his community and church.
