Santa Luz in Gateway ends phase-one construction with buyer incentives, open house Aug. 25-26
Santa Luz, a new coach home community located within a gated enclave of Gateway Golf & Country Club, is hosting an open house Aug. 25-26 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to mark the completion of phase one of construction. Santa Luz is offering $10,000 in upgrades for homes purchased through the end of August. Santa Luz has begun construction of building five, and two newly constructed homes are now available for immediately occupancy, with prices starting at $179,900. Tours of the model homes and refreshments will be offered to guests.
Introduced by the developers who pioneered the first residential high-rise communities along the Fort Myers waterfront, Santa Luz is located within one mile of the new Red Sox stadium.
