Santa Luz in Gateway sells out inventory, launches next phase of construction
Santa Luz, a new luxury coach home community located within a gated enclave of Gateway Golf & Country Club, has sold 20 new construction residences within the past year. Several new construction homes with golf course, water or swimming pool views will be completed and ready for occupancy within 90 days. In addition, construction of the community pool and cabana are underway.
