Stevens Construction awarded Dr. Garramone renovation

Stevens Construction has been awarded the contract for a medical office renovation for Dr. Ralph Garramone, announced Mark Stevens, company president.

Stevens Construction is converting a former bank building to a 9,100-square-foot luxury medical office with spa and wellness areas. Located at 12998 South Cleveland Avenue, the two-story facility will feature four exam rooms, seven spa rooms, a procedure room, administrative offices and a central atrium with a skylight and waterfall feature.

The project is slated for completion in winter of 2013.
