Stevens Construction begins Florida Hospital Carrollwood renovation

Stevens Construction has started an interior renovation of the entire fifth floor at the Florida Hospital Carrollwood, announced Mark Stevens, company president. 

Located at 7171 N. Dale Mabry Highway, the 17,579 square-foot project includes interior demolition and reconstruction of a new orthopedic unit on the hospital’s top floor. Upon completion in spring of 2013, the department will consist of 25 private patient rooms, nurse stations and rehabilitation areas.

The Stevens Construction team includes Dan Adams as project manager; Al Stonys as superintendent; and Sue Ziegenfus as project administrator. Burt Hill/Pollock Krieg Architects is providing the design.
