Stevens Construction completes Center for Specialized Surgery

Stevens Construction has completed construction of The Center for Specialized Surgery, the surgical facility for Orthopedic Specialists of SW Florida, announced Mark Stevens, company president. 

Located at 2565 Cleveland Avenue, the 9,102-square-foot surgery center features three operating rooms, step-down recovery, recovery, nurse station, consultation room, reception, staff lounge and administrative offices. 

The project is licensed and inspected by the Agency for Healthcare Administration, which ensures regulatory compliance for healthcare facilities throughout Florida.

The Stevens Construction team included Mike Bussiere as superintendent; Dan Adams as project manager; and Sue Ziegenfus as project administrator.  The surgical facility was designed by Christopher J. Lee Architects, Inc.

The Center for Specialized Surgery is the ninth surgical facility built by Stevens Construction in the past six years.
