Stevens Construction completes Lakes Park Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics
Stevens Construction has completed construction of Lakes Park Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics, an 8,050-square-foot office for Dr. Oliver Favalli, DMD, announced Mark Stevens, company president.
Located at 7117 Congdon Rd. in Fort Myers, the 5,550-square-foot orthodontic facility features ten treatment rooms, an orthodontic bay, X-Ray, lobby, reception, consultation rooms, administrative offices and game area. The remaining 2,500 square feet is available for lease.
The Stevens Construction team included project manager, Jason Levine; superintendent, Don Jones and project administrator, Sue Ziegenfus. Christopher J. Lee Architects, Inc. was the architect of record. Wegman Design Group provided the interior design.
