Stevens Construction Inc. Expands Orlando Team

Stevens Construction has expanded its Orlando operations with the addition of six team members: Terry Simerly and Tom Dyer as superintendents, and Enrique Granera, Sergio Granera, Wilmer Granera and Elmer Ordonez as general tradesmen, announced Mark Stevens, company president.Simerly joins the company with more than 35 years of construction experience, completing 595,000-square-feet of healthcare construction throughout Florida, Tennessee and North Carolina.

Dyer brings an extensive background in hospital and AHCA-licensed projects completing numerous projects throughout several Florida Hospital campuses prior to joining the company.

As general tradesmen, Granera, Ordonez, Granera and Granera are cross-trained for multiple construction tasks including carpentry, framing, drywall, painting and flooring. They will handle Stevens Construction’s minor projects enabling the company to self-perform small projects more cost effectively and efficiently while maintaining the company’s high safety standards.

Stevens Construction is currently underway with three renovations at the Florida Hospital Apopka campus as well as a therapy suite renovation and miscellaneous small projects within the Florida Hospital Altamonte Springs campus.

All new team members will work from the company’s Orlando office located at 303 East Par Street.
