Stevens Construction Inc. expands Tampa team
Stevens Construction has expanded its Tampa operations with the addition of superintendent, Michael Kennedy, announced Mark Stevens, company president.Kennedy joins the company with more than 30 years of construction experience. He has completed more than $50 million in commercial projects throughout Florida, including a four-story medical office for Wuesthoff Health System in Melbourne.
As superintendent, Kennedy is responsible for managing the onsite operations of healthcare projects situated in the Tampa area, ensuring budget and schedule goals are met while maintaining the company’s high safety standards.
Stevens Construction is currently underway with a multi-phase revitalization of 202,732 square feet of exterior vertical wall surface and interior remodel of the 4thfloor patient rooms and nurse station at the Florida Hospital Tampa.
