The News-Press Market Watch: Focus on Real Estate 2013 set for Feb. 26
Tickets and sponsorships are now available for The News-Press Market Watch 2013: Focus on Real Estate, the region’s most comprehensive real estate event, to be held Tuesday, Feb. 26 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Harborside Event Center in the Fort Myers River District. This year’s event titled “Where are we on the Real Estate Road to Recovery?” features presentations by local real estate experts Denny Grimes, Stan Stouder and Randy Thibaut and explores residential and commercial real estate, as well as land development and new home construction in Southwest Florida.
The event will begin with a networking cocktail hour starting at 4:30 p.m. The speaker presentations will follow, leading with Denny Grimes, president of Denny Grimes & Company at Royal Shell Real Estate. Grimes will provide an overview of the residential real estate market with an expert analysis of 2012 data. His presentation will include commentary for homeowners and real estate industry professionals on what to expect as the residential real estate market recovery continues.
Following Grimes, Randy Thibaut, president of Land Solutions Inc., will offer insights into residential land sales and new home development in Southwest Florida. Thibaut has been tapped for his local perspective and expertise in this arena and will present information and provide insight into this important topic.
Stan Stouder, CCIM, a founding partner with CRE Consultants will complete the program as he presents the current status of the commercial real estate market and condenses that into insights and trends to help Southwest Florida property owners and investors during 2013.
