Stevens Construction continues to expand its Tampa team with the addition of project administrator Denise Castaneda, announced Mark Stevens, company president.Castaneda brings 20 years of construction administration experience, previously serving as a project coordinator for a nationwide construction management firm.
As project administrator, Castaneda will lead administrative tasks for projects including permitting, change orders, direct materials invoicing and close-outs. She will also be involved with pre-construction services and will assist in the bidding process. Castaneda is serving as project administrator on all projects in the Tampa vicinity including the multi-phase revitalization of 202,732 square feet of exterior vertical wall surface at the Florida Hospital Tampa.
Castaneda earned her associate of arts degree in business administration from Miami-Dade College.
