Pro-Align further improves its aftersales support with expansion programme

Leading wheel alignment specialist, Pro-Align, has expanded its headquarters facility as part of an ongoing development programme designed to further improve its industry leading levels of customer service and support.

The company’s Towcester site has seen a number of significant investments in recent weeks including the construction of additional warehouse space and the refit and expansion of its in-house machine build and service areas. Indeed, these new work areas are now double the size of the previous facilities and are kitted out to ‘race team’ quality reflecting the company’s exacting standards.

What’s more, the business has also expanded its administration and aftersales offices in order to accommodate several new recruits to the business. Pro-Align has also taken delivery of five new transporter vans to ensure prompt delivery and service throughout the UK.

“We pride ourselves on surpassing our customers’ expectations, so it’s important that we continue to invest in all of the key areas that set us apart,” comments Paul Beaurain, managing director, Pro-Align. “These changes to our infrastructure will ensure that despite record demand for our range of Hunter equipment, we will be able to raise the game further still by offering even better levels of aftersales support and service.”

As a result of the investment made by Pro-Align, it will be able to hold a greater stock level of spare parts and machinery, including its premium Hunter RX45 scissor lift which will now be held as a stock UK item for the first time. Improved efficiencies in workflow, machine build and stock control will mean that customers will benefit from even faster response times.
