Professional Diversity Network (PDN) to Launch ERICA to Help Employers Streamline Compliance with OFCCP Recruitment Requirements

Chicago, IL, September 1, 2011 - Professional Diversity Network (PDN), a leading career and jobs destination for diverse professionals, announced the launch of ERICA, Employment Recruitment Intelligence Compliance Assistance, a new technology based service designed to streamline compliance with the diversity recruitment requirements of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Launching on September 18th, ERICA will be incorporated into each of PDN's online Professional Networking Communities, including www.iHispano.com and www.AMightyRiver.com.

“Following the President's Executive Order on diversity in Federal hiring, we are excited to offer this new compliance resource to help America's business sector achieve their multicultural recruitment goals and stay current with standards for inclusiveness,” said PDN Chief Executive Officer Jim Kirsch. ERICA will facilitate employers' multicultural outreach efforts and help put Americans back to work. “A diverse America is a strong America, and we are committed to building a nation where everyone can thrive,” said Kirsch.

The new tool will update the status of every available job nightly and distribute alerts to each of the 50 State Employment sites as well as to members of PDN's seven channels. Additionally, participating businesses will receive a quarterly report of the number of jobs posted, number of views and number of responses. Furthermore, employers will be evaluated annually on ERICA standards. The Executive Director of the ERICA program will issue employers who successfully meet ERICA standards a certificate of ERICA compliance.
