Partners Group acquires Profi Fastigheter portfolio

Profi Fastigheter has sold all remaining properties held by the investment fund Profi Fastigheter II AB to investment vehicles advised/managed by Partners Group. Partners Group is a global private markets investment manager with USD 50 billion under management.

The acquired portfolio consists of 10 properties in the greater Stockholm area with a total lettable area of 100 000 sqm. Partners Group has appointed Profi Fastigheter as the Investment adviser and Asset manager. The decision behind the portfolio transaction was taken as there is still a lot of long term value creation potential in the remaining assets. The strategy is to pursue several value add and development projects going forward requiring additional investment and time.
