ProfilGruppen streamlines the processing operations

ProfilGruppen streamlineas the processing operations by divesting the surface treatment facility in Klavreström. ”This is the first step in our aim to centralize all our production to the main site in Åseda” says Anders Frisinger, president and CEO of ProfilGruppen. In total this will affect some twenty employees, who will keep their employments either with the buyer, Klarvik AB, or with ProfilGruppen. The transaction will take place on the 1st of November and is estimated to have a limited positive impact on the 2012 year result.

ProfilGruppen initiate negotiations regarding reduction of working hours

ProfilGruppen has today initiated negotiations with the unions regarding reduction of working hours. The intention is that the reduction of working hours will affect all employees in Sweden. It is intended to be implemented on the 1st of October 2012 and to be effective until the end of February 2013. ProfilGruppen has appointed Anders Frisinger as President and CEO

ProfilGruppen AB has appointed Anders Frisinger as new President and CEO as of June 1, 2012. Since 2010, Anders Frisinger is the CEO of Raufoss Technology AS, a company in the Neuman Aluminium Group. Anders has long-standing experience as managing director of suppliers to the transportation industry, such as Hydro Automotive Structures, Raufoss AS and Raufoss Metall AS, but has also been CEO of the solar energy company ScanWafer AS.
