New big order to ProfilGruppen

ProfilGruppen signs a new major contract through the subsidiary PG&WIP AB. ProfilGruppen continues to expand by signing a new major contract. The agreement regards the supply of interior details based on customized aluminum profiles pre-packed for the end customer. The new contract runs over six years, starting 2017, with an estimated turnover of 350 million SEK in total. The contract has been signed through the majority-owned subsidiary PG&WIP AB. New CFO to ProfilGruppen

ProfilGruppen AB (publ) has appointed Ulrika Bergmo Sköld as new CFO for the Group. December 1, 2015 Ulrika Bergmo Sköld will assume the role as CFO. She is currently operating as business consultant in the company Bergmo Business Consulting AB. Ulrika has a background from the manufacturing industry with experience from different roles, technical as well as financial. She was previously CFO of Sapa Profiler AB. Report from the AGM of ProfilGruppen AB

Around 110 shareholders and guests attended today's Annual General Meeting at Folkets Hus in Åseda. The meeting was chaired by Kåre Wetterberg. Significantly improved results

The previously announced initiatives in our marketing organisation, aiming higher activity and presence at customers as well as improvements for increased efficiency in the production chain, has started to yield fruit and ProfilGruppen is expecting a significantly improved result during the first quarter of 2015 compared to the forth quarter of 2014.
