Proha Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin January 12, 2004 at 3.05 pm ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO THE RELEASE ON DEAL BETWEEN ARTEMIS FINLAND AND VR-TRACK Artemis Finland Oy, the subsidiary of Proha Plc's subsidiary Artemis International Solutions Corporation, will deliver a resource management system for the Finnish company VR-Track Ltd. The deal is a strategically significant expansion for the sales of the Artemis 7 family of products. The deal has a significant financial effect for Artemis Finland but as an individual deal it does not have an essential impact on the net sales of the Proha Group for 2004.
